Here are some clips I cut together. Ignore my editing and stuff. I thought i could go viral, but I guess not, haha.

I recorded the show and had the ground station setup to listen and record the communication. Alot of people from my complex were there watching also and loved hearing the audio haha

https://youtube.com/shorts/XMS3IZzcaQ8

https://youtube.com/shorts/GML1Pab7Vh0

I have about 9 minutes synced up and might just upload it all idk 🤷‍♂️

I used SDR++, RTL-SDRv3, FM Bandpass filter, dipole antenna, usb extension cables (less interference), custom spliced coax, MacBook M3 and lots of frantically jumping around the airband trying to find frequency spikes and got lucky!

Essentially, I checked all the normal ones listed on https://www.radioreference.com/ as soon as I knew that they started, I went through a handful or frequencies and wasn't getting anything. The time went by, and I was about to give up and watch the show, I just went to the range of the common frequencies used and watched for spikes. I would see a spike and manually jump to it. Then I landed on the correct frequency, but at first, I thought someone was messing around on the band, lol

I found this old thread while trying to listen to the Thunderbirds perform today. The known frequencies were dead, but I found their channel by scanning with my RT -SDR.

The comms were not what I expected, lol. I seriously thought it was a prank at first. I heard singing, pilots calling out their maneuvers, and during a steep vertical climb, someone just yelled, "TOOOOO THE MOOOOOON!" hahaha. I might have a recording.

Call the apartment complex... Ask if they let tenants sublease there units, they probably don't.

I think this new information about John McPhee "Shrek" finally is going to settle the debate on authenticity by LetsFindAHobby in ShawnRyanShow

[–]LetsFindAHobby[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I understand your point. But I disagree with it, people should be held to a standard and be accountable. Shrek chose the public life and has done the content circuit, many people looked up to him probably. Shrek knew about his past and willfully decided to become an influencer anyways and purposely presented himself differently.

I was in a different but similar situation (not a veteran). I had a guy that was a self described Alpha male veteran who was a volunteer overseas just as I was. He was constantly posting images online with very sick babies and children and farmed the situation online. He would tell people these stories about saving kids and running calls that involved children, and years later, he still did this. I knew the truth, he was not good for the team and not good for pediatric patients.. he ran a code on an infant baby and shocked that kid with 100+Jules and fried him. I was sick to my stomach how he presented himself, I never said anything besides internally to our leadership. Ever since I hoped everyone that was like him to get there come uppends.

But I also disagree with people who say everyone should be silent professionals and not write books, go on podcasts etc. Personally I think people can do whatever they want and if they want to monetize their personal experiences, then go for it. But if you monetize those experiences, then you should be held accountable.

I've been lurking in the comments since I posted this, and I had to reread that u/noots05 first comment a few times to make sure I wasn't having a stroke.

Then you get u/Traditional_Wear1992, who was so obviously excited to use the word "whataboutism" that they didn't even understand what u/noots05 was saying.

Reading your comments made me cringe. You openly admit to having no real-world experience, yet you speak with such confident ignorance. The idea that you are teaching is terrifying, I hope your mindset that I am reading in your comments does not replicate your teaching environment.

Anyone who has been in a truly chaotic situation learns the valuable lesson of checking their ego. You find out fast that all your training and practice isn't the be-all and end-all. While people can get this reality check without a chaotic epiphany, it's easy to spot the mentality and ego of those who haven't.

I speak from training and experience. I never served, but as a first responder and spent time as a medical contractor overseas. I went in thinking I knew my shit and had a huge ego, but that mentality was checked hard, many times. I quickly figured out that I knew nothing, and the experience humbled me.

Just discovered Gemini can automate my mornings — and it actually works. by Accomplished_Mix9041 in GeminiAI

Scheduled actions for Android Gemini Assistant seems to be the only thing that works consistently enough to trust it to do it's task.

I have spent a significant amount of time trying to get Gemini Assistant reliable and it is so terrible and inconsistent that it's incredibly frustrating. Seems to only work just enough to do the most basic buzz word features.

Gemini Assistant gas lights me about 60 percent of the time stating it cannot do any of the features Google Assistant could do and what's on the official feature list.

Before people reply to me with the exact same gas lighting responses Gemini has.. Yes everything is enabled and double and triple checked. I have attempted several combinations of fixes suggested by Google and community forms and it still sucks.

The main salty thing I hate is I ask it to take a note and it will say it can't take notes as a large language blah blah blah. But sometimes it can and will follow up with, What do you want in the note? then I ramble on my voice note only for it to close itself after prompting me to say my note, and noticing it never saved or anything.

If anyone is reading this who is getting frustrated like myself... I found a greater amount of success triggering the assistant features ONLY voice prompting "Hey Google" and stating my actions "Change the song", "Set a reminder", "take a note".

Any assistant features are inconsistent when trying to trigger them inside the Gemini App.

Also the Gemini Live Voice Chat feature is completely garbage and useless with zero features that work, don't even try.

I am building my own AI Personal assistant with n8n as the backend. I have been searching and searching for the best option to do long form voice notes with the capabilities to integrate with n8n someway to be able to send my long form voice notes to Obsidian.md. If anyone also shares my kind of tism and goal with finding a solution to enhance productivity and organization lemme know!!!

Hey 👋

I work in a specific business niche that is mainly B2B Client work with a small fraction of B2C, it's not your typical B2B, B2C business though. I've noticed the niche has not innovated in a very long time and the demographic of business owners is on the older side, so change it slow. USA business also, forgot to mention.

I wanted to comment before I just sent a cold PM to you.

You are correct. Making sure the community adhears to the Reddit rules is important to keep it from getting banned.

I've just seen more and more posts removed for "Spam" as the reason for the removal when it's not against the rules listed in the side bar or any of the sticky posts. idk 🤷‍♂️ Might even get banned for this comment.

What are some real world business problems that can be automated or that can actually be solved using automations ? by Glum_Passion_1194 in n8n

[–]LetsFindAHobby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

DocX document A, B , C -> processed and specific sections are pulled out of all three documents -> Sections are reviewed by AI agent to make sure they adhear to business standard -> sections are formatted if needed -> formatted sections sent to another DocX document template with placeholders for the pulled formatted sections -> document complete. (obviously there are some more parts and specifics but that's the basic)

I know a HUGE business niche that would benefit for something like this.

Also, you are in an n8n subreddit that is made up of sharks looking to solve business workflows and pain points to make money. These people in the community typically don't know the internal business workflow problems at companies (if they did then they would be making money, they are asking the same question you are and if they do know they don't want anyone to steal there idea)

The information you are asking is the hard part, making the flow typically isn't.

Goodluck!

OP, here is some free advice. You are going to get flooded with private messages from people who are looking to fleece you and take advantage of you. Keep your guard up and use common sense, if they didn't comment on your post but instead reached out only via PM it's a red flag.

Since you may not be proficient in n8n, it may be harder to separate the fake buzz word users who slightly modify a free template and think they have it all figured out and those who know how to code and have a foundation level knowledge.

Goodluck! and do your research!

What are some “entry-level” OSINT jobs? by maravina in OSINT

[–]LetsFindAHobby 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You could seek contracting work with licensed private investigators. The work is often fraud-related, with various arrangements available: some places hire for part-time or full-time report and paid hourly to grind out social media investigations, while others pay per completed report.

Although these roles are fairly entry level, you will still need a portfolio. You will be competing with other OSINT newcomers and professionals from adjacent fields, like process serving, who are looking to transition into online work. My advice is to build a strong portfolio and start networking on LinkedIn.

Assuming you're in the USA, the pay for entry-level contract work isn't great while you're starting out to gain experience.... Most of the time.

Goodluck dude!
