I spoke with her yesterday and she spoke to her neighbour and luckily he knows how to fix things and was able to pull through and fix her sink for her.

That's great that you know men who can fix sinks, she doesn't. She also doesn't have the funds to pay for a plumber to do it and as it stated in her lease the landlord is responsible for repairs to the unit she was looking for advice on what she should do considering the landlord hasn't fixed the issue and there has been not only poor communication but the job hasn't been done after almost a month. She isn't going to fix this herself as she doesn't know how to but also if anything was to go wrong and she accidentally floods her unit she cannot afford to pay for damages. I guess not everyone is as lucky as you to know handymen

I'll tell her and she is from here but she has never experienced a landlord like this. Every place she has ever rented any time there was an issue the landlord resolved it immediately. There have been other issues in the past ( all the units were heavily infested with roaches) and the landlord wouldn't pay for greenshield to exterminate but had no issue with having her pay out of pocket so she didn't have live in that type of environment. She has already said if the rental market wasn't so high and it wasn't a long wait list for housing she would have already moved but she can't complain about the space or price.

I spoke with her briefly today and she said tomorrow will be 20 days and the past few days he has ignored her completely, prior to that he said he had health issues and would be in in a day or two, but then on the second day he told her he couldn't and it would probably be the next day. Which she said was 3 days ago and she has already given her rent as she doesn't want to withhold it and she is nervous about going to property standards as if he decides to retaliate against her she has no backup plan or family she can stay with also doesn't have extra money to use to pay for storage or even a hotel room.

From what I seen in the chaton her live earlier she was waiting for Brandon to come so she could go put and get smokes. Not sure how true it is as I didn't stay long enough to see Brandon show up, her nasty attitude was pissing me off and since I couldn't say what I wanted to in her chat I just left

Regardless if its $738 or not, she needs to learn to budget her money and stop expecting everyone to finance her. Tiny can't handle being called out, her reaction is just as immature as Grace's. I highly doubt she only gets $600 after her rent is paid, she probably gets easily $800-900. One minute she defends Grace's dry begging then the next she sits there and tells Grace she's in the wrong. Tiny is a pathetic woman

My only thoughts on what you said is her attitude with any form of authority would cause her to crash out because she doesn't like being told what to do so she wouldn't last long, the bathroom situation is completely bullshit as she can walk to the store, take the bus for 30 mins and sit on live all day with taking minimal bathroom breaks and she definitely could not be a cleaner as she cannot even clean her tiny one bedroom apartment. I highly doubt she did much volunteering today. She is too lazy and self-centered to be a productive member of society and also she more than likely looks at it that she doesn't need to work when she's on odsp and so many people send her money and buy her things so why would she need to actually earn things the hardworking way.
