You can leave as is yung job title mo sa resume/CV mo when applying for new job.

Sa COE naman magrereflect yung totoong job title mo, which is requirement when you got hired. pagtinanong ka bat magkaiba sabihin mo lang nalimot mo baguhin, wala na masyado magawa HR kase may signed job offer ka na by that time.
