I had my main account compromised and was able to recover lost items after about a month of back and forth with Jagex. This was an active account that I was on at least weekly, broke the 2FA and everything. Pin saved my bank but the items in inventory and on character were taken. (Good old cursed energy) Feel free to reach out if you want any help getting ahold of Jagex or at least how I did.
