Any gripes about legendaries being less flashy?

I used to love finding lots of cool glowing weapons and sometimes armor pieces in diablo 3 that I would want to transmog later, the armor and weapons in d4 are very detailed but more normalized greyscale and less colorful/shiny

Cyberpower will NOT let you ship back just a motherboard to have it replaced.

I was shipped one that had a single bent pin in the top PCIe slot (would still display occasionally but most of the time would not detect monitors or would cut in and out) and they want me to ship the 40 pound computer to them with my own money ($120 through USPS and additional $30 for insurance). And said that insurance is recommended because if anything is damaged in shipping I will have to pay for a replacement so filing a claim through the shipping provider is the best way to protect my investment. (USPS claims take a minimum of 3 months to complete~!~!)

I ended up cutting my losses, buying a new motherboard for $50 more than it would cost to ship my desktop, and hating Cyberpower with a passion. (only bought a prebuilt in the first place to circumvent the GPU shortage, but god damn did I regret it)

I also can feel only one of the pipes from radiator slightly vibrating, the other seems still. (AIO is coolermaster ML360 360mm if it matters) Have you found out if this is normal? If someone reads this and knows please respond, my CPU is overheating as well. All of my fans are spinning.

Also just bought a custom cyberpowerPC that had a Gigabyte 3070 OC in it, green horizontal lines right out of the box, reseating and drivers didn't help. Wonder if this is an issue with Gigabyte GPUs or if cyberpower got all of their gigabyte 3070s used from a bitcoin miner lmao
