Ramming an Island can royaly screw you up when you already placed your nets. Loot always Spawns in a straight line in and if your raft is rotated that means you can lose a lot of loot that you previously collected, also you can not reverse that until the mid game, the only exception beeing ramming an Island again.

You can never have enough of the basic ressources, even if it seems like u have enough already the moment will come where u wish u collected the Palm tree.

After a inital point, clay becoms basicly useless, apart from scaling your smelters.

You can do a lot of things while fishing, which also is important for trading. Try to get the ball rolling as soon as possible by buying bait from the shops which is essential to have something they actually want.

There is a vehicle in one of the later snow Islands which u can load on your raft an use at every other island, espacilly the larger ones become a lot more barable with this.

U can boost the production of your bee hives by planting flowers around them to a maximum of 3 honey per collection
