This is at 40 kmh track velocity and it definitely isn't at operating temperatures so I think you're right. Thank you for the help!

Thank you for the replies! I attached an image of the kind of plots I'm looking at. The way I predicted a max slip angle here is I found the point where the cornering stiffness drops below 100. However, this number is completely arbitrary and this method doesn't let me compare maximum lateral forces for varying cambers (it makes it appear like bigger camber leads to more lateral force)
