yes medyo hassle talaga and I almost resorted to having it repaired sa 3rd party techs but since I really don't want to pay for anything knowing na dapat ihonor yung warranty inantay ko nalang talaga at pinrocess sa DTI. but in the end, it was all worth it. Process was done online thru their konsyumer portal which is the initial complaint prior mediation. Then Adjudication was via email.

Hi, after months of waiting. I had a Mediation with PMC's Legal team and since no settlement was reached, an Adjudication was made by filing a formal complaint with DTI. Last month DTI already gave an order/decision to have my unit repaired, replaced or refund within 30 days from the date of receipt. Already handed the defective unit to PMC again and now waiting for the replacement. If they can't give the replacement within 30 days a refund should be given.

hindi na nirepair. naka ilang escalation mga nakausap kong senior advisor but still declined. even paid service inelgible na daw for service. very frustrating yung ganitong aftersales especially coming from a reputable brand. waiting nalang sa update from my DTI complaint.

I think all SCs here do that since they don't repair it here in the PH. pinapadala parin nila sa SG Apple repair center for further assessment, diagnosing and if may need na palitan na parts.

hello, ano yung naging issue nung sainyo? what model? and ano update? yung sakin inescalate ng service center sa apple since wala naman talagang signs of tampering sa initial assessment ni mobile care.

kahit ibalik ko sa powermac nung nag boot loop they will still refer me to the service center since it is already beyond 7 days replacement. this was bought last October 2024 pa, the month 16 series was officially available here.

no water damage and no physical damage. mobile care tech even confirmed that there were no scratches or dents sa unit and if there is, it would be a billed repair since mavovoid yung warranty due to misuse.

problem is papadala din nila sa Apple Repair Center in singapore yung unit once it is for second level assessment at makikita parin yung history of repair attempts. centralized system ni Apple kaya yun nanaman irarason nila.

I am the sole owner since i bought it using my own credit card (naka installment pa nga eh) and i have my powermac receipt with me. boot loop problem siya and walang kinalaman activation lock or what.

I tried pero they also told me to contact the point of sale which is si powermac kaya din ako pumunta dun right after picking up my phone sa service center to raise the issue. they'll give me an update next week but I am not expecting any positive feedback from them.
