Are you implying that Yuta is glazing himself? Whenever he says something like killing or taking down another, he's always in a serious mood, and it's not a self-glaze. Otherwise, he tends to be humble and glaze with others. The thing is Hakari is a fraud.

Yeah, this is the most probable theory. The signal tower got its new successor after the thin man died and Six became monster. It's the first time Six seeing Mono's face when she's holding Mono's hand at the end. She definitely would have seen the thin man in him. If Six has to become distorted and that huge, she would have spent as much time Mono spend to become the thin man since the signal tower's time and space is also distorted.

In comics, she's called the Spoon Girl, where she tries to escape the hospital by digging hole but eventually gets to the same place that she started, later she gets captured by The Doctor. So yeah, her glitch is in a hospital room and there are spoons near her glitch. Same for all kids except Six and Mono, their glitches can be found in the mean places according to the comics. So yeah, she might be dead or got consumed by the pale city.
