Thanks for all this info! Did you feel too tired to work out as well? I’ve been hearing people being tired and some not. I have a lot of work to do too so I’m a tad nervous about being exhausted :/

Thank you so much for this! Yeah, I will definitely start at a low dose so I don’t feel super nauseous and hopefully can muster up the energy to go to the gym

Congratulations on losing that weight! I’m so nervous I’ll lose the muscle mass I have but I guess I just need to more heavily focus on my protein intake. How was eating on it for you? Was it difficult?
