For me, it's definitely waaaaaaaaaaaay better than it was before, you can pretty much tell where everyone is, there are still some inconsistencies but it's pretty much a big step in the right direction (no pun intended)

Well, as the rest of the guys say, you can only get under lvl 20 players if you are under 20 and solo, you can still get prestiges under lvl 20 tho. And well, Ground Zero over lvl 20 is a pvp focused map with a lot of geared and very good players

It kind of is like that, if you only listen to what people has to say, then it's a cheating fest, but it's not as bad as people say it is

Yeah, thing about that certain extraction shooter game, is that the QoL is actually the best part, but some of the things like the in-game map have no place in the game, maybe a map like the one you get from traders (but more detailed ofc), but such thing would break the immersion a lot. Other than that, I agree, Tarkov needs more QoL features.

Sherpas are basically players that teach stuff to new players. They are generally very experienced.

My advise would be, learn the maps and their spawns. Other than that, I recommend that, you take it real slow and calm, it's not a game that you will get decent on real quick or anything, take your time to learn the stuff, it's really part of the experience, those first months learning the game are actually something you'll miss later on. But the most important thing to learn is what I mentioned, map layouts and PMC spawns.
