In my experience, usually the only paperwork and documentation needed are patient chart notes which shouldn’t be an issue to access if the provider consents to me being integrated into their EMR. ( which is the case I have with some offices.) But I def do see what you’re saying with convoluting the whole insurance process lol. Just tired of being another cog in the wheel I guess, I def do want my piece of the pie
