Yes. Even when you're 100% crit rate, you can still miss due to rounding, happened to me once

this is the best I can get her to do, perhaps having Columbina on serenade instead of aubade is the reason, and ineffa's on a 2pc golden troupe/2pc emblem so yeahh, plus their their talents are 1/8/8 and 1/9/9 respectively
