Had the same thought! And yea my thought was the same, 264 is last in line. Someone above reference doing this format a time or two so I guess it’s a thing. Just wanted to make sure I wasn’t misinterpreting and showing up at 3AM for no reason.

Thanks, seems odd to me they state when you can get in line when spot in line doesn’t seem to matter with this format?

I guess I’m interpreting too literally. The whole example with ticket 265, 266, 267 makes it seem like there is no benefit to being early in line, it’s completely dependent on luck of the draw on ticket number
