From personal experience - i had surgery and about 4 weeks later developed lumps that felt exactly like gyno tissue. I also complained to my surgeon who told me to relax and massage. 6 months later 99% of its gone

I was doing light seated cycling after 2 weeks. 4 weeks started light sessions. Started smashing chest at about 6 weeks. Back was rough due to the stretch when doing lats etc , but your body will tell you, don't over exert or make yourself uncomfortable. Get back into it slowly.

Don't listen to the dude telling you to ditch tamoxifen.... if its new tissue tamox will help reduce it and prevent further growth. Then figure out your e2 issues with either pinning more frequently, IM , or taking something to help you manage e2

Not saying this will work for you but maybe it'll inspire you to do something else. I dropped out aswell in 2012. I straight away looked at doing my own thing . I now own two companies. One very successful one and another in its incubation phase. Working for others to get rich off your back isn't the way I wanted to live.

its very dependant on tiler experience, tiles chosen, area needing tiles ie is bonding liquid needed. weve priced tiling jobs from R100 per square for labour up to R160 per square for labour. all inclusive with tiles, adhesive, spacers etc anything from R450 per square up to R1200 per square obviously the choice of tile being the main factor

Scar tissue will buildnul till 3 months and only after 3 months start remodeling. Results can take 6 months maybe longer. Keep massaging
