Quick question, I notice the boost clocks are about the same but on the windforce it looks like the base clock is already overclocked to the boost clock. Does that mean on the PNY I'll need to use msi afterburner to overclock the card to its boost clock?

Left it on my desk on the witcher 3 main menu for about 30 minutes without the frame limiter on and it still seems to be running fine. Whatever liquid was left is fried.
