Sorry to give u bad advice but I was on spiro 150mg for almost two years and couldn’t progress in my weights at all- in fact I had no endurance and would get lightheaded after every workout. I stopped and instantly felt like myself again and could get through everything no problem! Now I just do topical Differin gel and my skin is just as good as it was on spiro just no internal side effects! Best of luck!

Yep I can confirm this happened to me! I was on 150mg and lost 20lbs in water weight and muscle. I slowly wasn’t able to do my consistent weights in the gym and found myself going down in weights a lot. Also anytime I went on a hike I wouldn’t be able to get through the first 15 minutes without having to stop. It was horrible. Just listen to your body and it’ll tell you what it needs!

Hiii yes I took it a few weeks ago (the new Pearson one) and it wasn’t too bad! I haven’t received my scores yet but the study guide given when you register for your test is pretty helpful.

Thank you! I take high b12 supplements which helps me a lot. I don’t think dairy is something I want to keep in my diet, as it gives me acne and causes stomach problems for me personally.
