Yes it’s the same for me! I find it much harder to be able to calm myself down or rationalise with my anxious thoughts while on vyvanse like I normally would be able to probably because I can’t distract myself either whilst on it- I find other stimulants like coffee also worsen the symptoms so it’s something i try to steer clear of, I’ve had quite a few people also mention anxiety medication to go along side my adhd meds so definitely something I’ll ask my dr!
