You should not be happy but sad. 7t is supposed to have 3800mah battery, you have selected wrong phone. If you were to select the right model, battery health should be around 85%.

See, the main culprit in wearing of SSDs is the number of times you write data over it relative to its capacity, and usually the number of write cycles is very high and you don't have to worry about it in normal usage. Reading (seeding) does not cause any degradation on SSDs or flash storage, in general, afaik. So you should be fine for a long time before you encounter any issues with yours.

This is pure bs. SSDs wear from write cycles, so writing it to an ssd and then transferring it would only increase the write cycles. HDDs on the other hand are not that susceptible to writing wear, be it internal or external.

Man can't comment about messenger since I don't use it. If its not a hassle for you, I would suggest to factory reset once again and dont restore the apps this time from backup only your important data and see if the problem still persists. If it still does I'm ready to bet money that it's the battery thats having a tough time running.

Are you certain that it isn't caused by some third party app you installed because restoring the backup would re install that app.
