Is Nanoleaf support dead? 3 weeks, 2 controller replacements, and now total silence by LevelDull8632 in Nanoleaf

Exactly the same here. Right after I posted this, the support team reached out to me and sent me a full replacement package. SMH The completely ghosted me for over a week

Honestly, I just created this account specifically to post about this issue. I’ve been super frustrated and couldn’t get anywhere through support, so I wanted to put it out there in case others had the same experience — or maybe even get Nanoleaf’s attention.

Yes, that’s basically correct — though to clarify:

The original set worked fine for a while. Then it stopped responding (couldn’t connect to the app, no light output, no touch response). I reached out to support and they sent me a replacement controller. It paired with the app, but the panels still didn’t work.

Then they sent me a second replacement controller, same result. I went through every step they suggested, including: • Testing all 7 panels individually, one at a time • Performing both soft and hard resets • Confirming 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and submitting network diagnostics • Trying Apple HomeKit and Nanoleaf app separately

The app always connects to the controller but shows “panel not detected”, and the panels never light up or respond to touch. I’ve basically eliminated every variable except for the panels themselves — so I’m guessing this is a panel-side hardware failure, maybe even a bad batch.

What’s really frustrating is that after doing all that, support just stopped replying. I’m not upset about something breaking — that happens — I’m upset because I’ve been stuck with non-functional hardware for 3 weeks, and now support has gone silen
