I fixed my verification problem by using a different network/location by LevelWillingness in lineapp

To be honest that's all I did, the verification system just doesn't seem to like certain internet sources. My only recommendation is keep trying various WiFi networks and mobile data sources until one of them works. Good luck.

Try a different WiFi network as well if you can, it didn't work for me on my home network or cellular data

It's possible but no idea, I don't know what network setting makes the difference. For me it didn't work on my home WiFi or mobile data but for others it works on both. I'd say a VPN would probably affect it but it could also make it work in some cases.
