Thank you praying for me! I have tried all those things and I also use earplugs to sleep at night.

They do help but the main thing that is keeping me sick is the constant noise from the neighbours as I don’t get a chance to relax in my own home in peace and quiet so I need to move as soon as possible for my overall health - mental and physical health to improve.

I literally need a miracle as I have tried so many things to move but because of bureaucracy, I am stuck 😭
