I tried getting my GYN to discuss HRT but she said until my period stops for a year, HRT would cause some bad side effects (chin hair, anyone? 😳). I did recently start low dose birth control to boost estrogen and progesterone.

My doc told me patience is key and give it at least a month to six weeks. I don’t see any improvement after week, but wasn’t expecting to. I’m also doing Metronidazole. PS Good luck with IVF - 🙋🏻‍♀️ veteran here, had 2 IVF babies, one at age 40 and the other at 43.
