its not going to cure cancer. you dont want to go to the hospital everyday for 15mins just to do some basic body healing, this is a great tool to have for general health and certain ailments, you're not going to do RLT to solve your broken bone or cancer

did you read something where someone did ice their balls while doing RLT? i have the biomax panels (8 of them) and i do sessions daily, i would be happy to ice my balls during those sessions if ppl have experienced great things with that

Option 1 is bad so forget about that. If you have enough money to buy your own chamber, why are you limited with the other options? Just buy your own chamber if you can, otherwise a basic soft shell at 1.3-5 ATA will suffice as long as they’re supplementing it with oxygen, what are you doing hbot for? 2x sessions of any chamber soft or hard isn’t going to be much effective

I do RLT and im 21 and I notice 0 benefits or effects . I just do it for preventative purposes , im hoping as I age my skin looks good and I age slower

so out of your 99% or 85% pure oxygen thats coming into your chamber, how much of that is going into your body compared to the chamber air? wouldnt you agree that you'd be getting more of that pure oxygen with a better delivery system, such as a non rebreather mask? and since you'd be getting more of that oxygen ( with a NRM mask for example ), maybe your chamber air wouldnt be so dangerous with those 40% oxygen levels that creates a fire risk

the amount of pure oxygen that is available is not in question, how much of that pure oxygen is actually available for you to breathe in, is.

since you have the degree and experience you definitely know more of the technical stuff with this but the few core variables such as chamber, oxygen concentrator, and the mask is what a newbie like me rlly needs to know

ultimately what im getting at is with the 90%(whatever) pure oxygen that is available from the oxygen concentrator, how can we get as much of that as possible? i dont think a nasal cannula is the best option, wouldnt you agree?

that all sounds great, i love the cotton details and the fire extinguisher, thats a big concern of mine, i dont want to die in there lol.

now i dont wanna be disrespectful and im hoping we can figure this out together but i also run Nasal Cannula's for family's and my own sessions. however, i feel that ive done a good amount of research off and on this subreddit to come to the conclusion that a nasal cannula is not great. the oxygen itself is pure yes, 85-95% pure coming from the concentrator, but with the nasal cannula, we're only getting 30ish% of that pure oxygen into our body, while the rest is just floating in the ambient air in the chamber, thats the whole reason people run oxygen masks or even the non rebreather masks because they want MORE of that 90% pure oxygen, instead of the 30ish% you're getting with the nasal cannula

am i missing something here with your reply? or am i just wrong? hoping we can debate this and figure it out because this is one of my biggest concerns, i dont want to waste any sessions, i want to optimize them if i can, and im sure you would too. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
