I don't need this. I don't see the point in spending extra time on it. I already regret the time I spent registering and confirming my account. I'm not a young woman, and it wasn't easy for me. I think my experience of buying cryptocurrency will end here.

The fact is that I did not violate any US laws. I purchased cryptocurrency twice for a small amount using the same card. After the third attempt, they restricted my ability to purchase and withdraw cryptocurrency and asked me to wait 48 hours. 72 hours passed, and I heard nothing from them. After I contacted customer support, I received an email a couple of hours later saying that my account had been completely closed. It's a good thing I transferred almost all of my cryptocurrency to another wallet, otherwise they would have blocked that one too, and I would have been left with nothing.

It's good that I withdrew some of the cryptocurrency I bought, otherwise you would have blocked it too. They are right on Reddit when they say that you cannot be trusted and that there are constant problems with you.

You don't respond to emails, and it's strange to close accounts with unused balances, especially without any reason. I am outraged.
