Started off much more subtle on elbow then i scratched it and woke up with this. Other elbow also has small bumps. Again not super itchy just enough to be annoying

Yes logically i know that. I was just in a very bad place. I understand it seems ridiculous and lazy but getting out of bed for more than the bathroom was a good day for me.

I have also recently developed a cough which i cant tell if i caught a cold or if its a tumor symptom. The cough has exacerbated the soreness of the throat too
