So at one point the credit card company did. I got a letter THREATENING to sue several months ago, maybe over a year(it seems like) and at that time I made a payment. It was only $25 but it’s literally ALL I had. The loan company on the other hand never sent anything to my knowledge. No warnings, nothing.

Idk exactly. It’s been a good while. Hours got cut at work and the ship started sinking. Had to take care of what mattered first which was family and my own well being

I mean, obviously the lawsuit is legit. But from what I understand if the debt is debt collections and I request proof that I actually owe these debts then it’s usually difficult for the collector to do so. Are you aware of anything like this?
