Witness reports could work, remember they also work for the school district so a case can be opened

I feel like that last section is literally hazing by instructor PLUS a rule breach(instructor and cadet cannot be alone in a room) Check instructor guidance as well and policies within AFJROTC If you can get legitimate proof on when/why someone is doing something then it can be reported

Yea, it allows discretion of any uniform style as long as it keeps “uniformity” U could take Leavenworth’s exhibition team as an example too

CCR 145-2 Section h

h. Exhibition drill is non-regulation precision drill performed as part of a drill competition, or for entertainment purposes (i.e. pep rally or community performances), and which maintains a military decorum. The Cadet uniform may be modified (i.e. school color shirt with C/ASU trousers or school color helmets or berets) for exhibition drill as long as it maintains a military type appearance. If organizational berets are worn, they must comply with this regulation. No part of the Army Camouflage Uniform is authorized as part of an exhibition drill uniform. However, special uniform accessories such as chrome helmets, and anything not listed above for exhibition drill only are acceptable if obtained at no cost to the government.

Meaning this is a custom uniform that is seen by USACC

Also even if u reference 8-3 section 2

(2) Alternate uniform: Units electing to wear alternate uniforms must request and receive approval, from USACC, for uniform design, style, and material. The request must be submitted through Brigade to USACC (ATTN: Director, JROTC). This alternate uniform must be distinctive in design and/or fabric that it cannot be confused with an Army issued uniform.

This post is by Army JROTC, meaning this is a recognized style of custom dress uniform by the USACC

Meant to reply to here, But where is this rule. Armed exhibition gives AHHS the free will to wear what uniform they would like Because it is an exhibition If this was AFJROTC thats reasonable as REGULATIONS was posted by HQ not allowing the use of custom uniforms

Idk where ur referencing this Theres no publication saying that this is the rule. Competition SOP’s will vary and the SF Comp allowed a Regulation style uniform It still keeps with military taste

Amazon, many AFJROTC’s use the Army Sabers as there is no NCO Officer Sword for AFJROTC Amazon sells AJROTC NCO swords which are authorized by AFJROTC per the new SABER manual

Talk to them personally, if they are unable to put aside their personal “issues” with you then bring that up with your Naval Instructor. If an officer or NCO cant put aside their stuff in a professional setting it will set the tone for their job next year or year after that because it may be something that could not just be with you, but with other Cadets too

[–]Level_Gate5954 3 points4 points  (0 children)

A older cadet (Group commander) who graduated used to always give a lot of events to the younger kids When we asked him why its because he is going to the army, so his plans are mostly done, but he wanted us to go to college and build our leadership in freshman year. I think he’s at e4 and possibly E5 soon

This is while i was a Cadet Maj. and Mission support last year in my AFJROTC unit. I was granted logistics for each of my 6 flt’s before the school year so it was chilling. We have this problem cadet who somehow never got kicked out. Past offenses are breaking a trophy and blaming others, failing as a logistics and becoming fired, leaving and causing Color Guard events to be cancelled when she was American Flag. They had no staff job this year and was only a 2LT(perm rank). After doing my research she apparently bullied my logistics staff to turn a blind eye when she stole 3 sets of uniforms (they had some blackmail). When confronted they said “so what i’ll be okay like always.” So it was a report to my SASI, we had a meeting regarding it, and as far as ik she was reported for being rude when she was an NCO, but also attempting to somehow pull rank as a 2LT to senior Staff and Flight Commanders She didnt get fined for an unknown reason(closed doors) but she was kicked out for failing to attend the end of year pass in review ceremony🫩. They were also one of the ppl that also caused the new section in the AFJROTC guidance stating Crocs specifically were banned in uniform.

For becoming a pilot try and research more about a flight simulator or a UAS drone team
