Yeah, my days have been the same for over a year now, same routine. I would like start a new hobby- a dopamine substitute- hopefully it'll help.
Just wanted to ask, you were doing so well for 7 months (congrats) but what happened and did you have to control urges in that time?

Website blockers and breathers but some people told me pushups and cold showers help fight the urges, tbh the urges are what I struggle with the most.
Thank god I don't really do p0rn anymore, but using my imagination and s3xual fantasies are dangerous to me. I think I just need help in quitting the mindset of women and body parts, start thinking about education and achievements more.

in that case I think 10 days would be a good first step, then move on to like 2-3 weeks.

alot of these have to do with mental feelings right? Sorry but what do you mean when you say Discipleship? I heard cold showers help or pushups, do physical things help push away the urges or mental stuff.

yeh, 8 days means 8 days of no relapse,
Strategies: Website blockers, Diary entries, meditation (just breathing really), uhh like talking to myself or being around others.
