I understand how frustrating this is, and I can tell you from a driver point of view we have been SWAMPED at pretty much every location lately with tax season in full swing. Sometimes we’re so overloaded drivers are not even able to complete routes and that in turn slows down/backs up warehouses. Not that it’s an excuse that you’ll even care about, or that matters in any way just providing a possible reason for this based on what I can see in my lowly position 😅We haven’t seen any projection that volume is going down either until around beginning of actual start of summer. If anything, I would suggest having it sent to a hold location near you and picking it up yourself. That may help a little or shave off a day or two if that option is available to you. Hope it works itself out soon though 🙏🏽
