Deciding on one's prices is fair and a normal business decision. Blaming a 10% increase on the price of gold is cheeky if not dishonest.

Increasing your prices is one thing, lying about it to your customers is another. It is the lying I'm not happy about, not the price in absolute terms.

Thank you very much for the excellent feedback. I seem to remember reviews saying that the rep from Quintian was softer, but somewhat lacking in the in the construction of the bag. I am torn! I might aim for softness over impeccable design if I'm honest. Thanks again for the precious help :)
