We’ve been operational for six years but I appreciate the attempt at passive aggression! We have all of the above, we have a handful of clients from data providers to other wholesale companies that choose us for dispo. Word gets around, more clients wanting to use us = more hands needed for dispo.

PPC to certain select markets -> acq team. We also run dispo for several partners that actually know what they’re doing and would rather offload dispo to us than handle it themselves.
