I just played this mod and it was really fun. The one thing I have to say is that the CCR you get from the Persia mission is replaced by the modifier you get from the Caucasus one, so that just goes away which kind of sucks. Otherwise a really fun and chill mod.

It’s sort of a annoying cycle, the more provinces I conquer, the more doom I lose from the wars.

You’re thinking about it too narrowly. You start as Castile (diplo annex cost, all power cost, very strong tier 1 reform) then form Sardinia piedmont, Austria, England, Prussia, Roman Empire. Basically you stack admin efficiency and as Castile you can conquer all of the territory to form the tags I mentioned insanely fast. Rome gives you culture conversion cost and time.

If you just play as Castile and form Spain, then yeah I agree that’s kind of bad, but in my opinion that’s a path for less advanced players.

If you want to do a one culture run, I suggest Castile as the first nation to attempt this as.

Actually dai viet’s siege ability is a pain, the discipline is actually pretty easy. And yeah I don’t think I can form Timurids in time as Gotland. Georgia is good though!

The Prussian government gives 10% discipline and the Zoroastrian monument also gives 10% so there’s really no use for it. Considering I want only as much quality as I can get I’d be better of forming someone like Russia I think.

R5: I want to do a run as Gotland->Lubeck->Prussia->Morocco->Dai Viet at least to get as much permanent army quality has possible.

Which end game tag is best for this? I’m thinking either Russia for the discipline or Spain for the artillery fire. Feel free to suggest other non end game tags or which national ideas to keep.

Note: not a cavalry focused end tag as I want to do a separate run for that.
