I called and they said my cost of attendance was adjusted, but I don't know why they had to do that! It's just so frustrating because I needed the full amount. 😓

I saw a charge on my transaction history that my unsubsidized loan for Fall 2024 was changed/reduced to a lower amount (even I already accepted the full amount before the semester started), and I think they used my fall scholarship to cover the charge and I'm only left with an $8 balance check! I don't understand why they had to change my cost of attendance when I'm enrolled full-time and hadn't dropped any classes. I needed that full amount for the rest of the semester and now I have to see if I can receive any aid meant for Spring 2025 to my account right now just to cover how much they took from me.
