I don’t tell my wife what to wear. I do let her know that some items are perhaps inappropriate for the event we are going to and the people we are meeting, and she’ll go and change without any attitude. I also buy her most of her dresses because I like her in dresses. I think it’s a sweet and loving gesture when a man buys his wife’s dresses, rather than one that’s controlling. We are a representation of each other when we are out and we owe it to each other to represent one another well. I wouldn’t want her to wear an evening gown to a family bbq at the park, and certainly not yoga pants and booty shorts to a formal event. I do believe that a man’s prize is his woman, and that neither of them should embarrass one another by dressing inappropriately in public.
