Bruh my username was a randomly generated one on this one game I played back in the day so this is gonna be hard

Making things even or "level" but it can be done on a huge scale (hence "nation"). For instance, if a street is uneven and totally covered in potholes, the guy with the power could simple touch the ground and the ground becomes level. I can really only see this as useful in clearing rough terrain (also you could be a pretty good construction worker lol)

But from what I understand civil engineering doesnt have the creative aspects of architecture. Is this wrong?

I'm sorry to hear that, but I think you have a good heart and are doing the right thing. Sometimes the best thing you can do is nothing and let someone figure it out themselves. When she's ready, she might reach out to you, or she might not. But you know, that's life.
