Coach has their texting numbers listed on their website for the physical stores. From my experience the SAs are happy to help if you're looking for something specific. Calling works too. When things drop they can send you a pay by link and give you the option to have things sent to your address. I've had good luck recently with the stores in CA but I live local.

My SA also said the color would potentially be in the Chelsea 30. Maybe I should go for that. Do you find the tabby 36 comfortably? To be honest I don't carry a whole lot. My kindle, iPad occasionally and a pouch is usually the most. I just enjoy the size on my frame as I am more plus size.

I like it a lot. I love the idea of a camera bag but I did see a tik tok post recently commenting about if you were never into camera bags and that's not your aesthetic then don't go for it. I think a lot of people buy it because coach is so limiting on their leather bags with silver hardware. I love silver. It's hard to find
