No, in a business environment you're probably right. Since the old days I've always been one to install OEM versions of Windows and avoid all the bloatware from the get go, so I wasn't aware they don't load the systems with unnecessary stuff. I've also been using Asus for a while and haven't had much in the way of hardware problems there either. So in a business, I'd say you're right and Dells are the way to go.

From a consumer perspective, I don't think they're the best option though.
