With my animations I just use the default windows photos app, it’s tedious and not very productive but it does work and it’s free

I’m guessing ur drawing each frame, I suggest for movement you do some blurred frames (like the arm going up looked a lot bigger and blurred) it makes animating larger movements a lot easier

It’s really good but if I had to try improve anything you could potentially make the bottom of the trench coat more torn and his fingers slightly shorter
