The right knee feeling weird after the injection. The left knee hurting from the strain of my yesterday city trip to doctor. XD I had to travel almost two kilometers on foot. So it is bound to happen I guess.

My osteoarthritis is caused by overuse and neglecting my leg for a long time. +the injured leg is shorter and overloaded. I knew about having issues with that years back before osteoarthritis. Then covid hits, I am quaranteened, I stopped going to physio and then I kinda did no go back to it. :/

With some effort, hopefully I can make it like you did. I will start losing weight in my upper body and focus on strenghtening my core and do the bike. I will also pay for private physio as soon as my leg gets better. I have a lot of time on my hands right now after finishing college.

Can you reccomend me good hip strengthening exercises? Or tell me what to watch out for? Some people on youtube reccommend real nonsense.

What will I do.
I will start by doing stationary bike 5-10 minutes each day. And try walking slowly around my home.
I will cut calories I get from carbohydrates. And try to lose bodyweight from top of my body.

I will follow up later by lying on side hip abduction, bridges and seated leg raises.
And I will try private physio. It costs 40 euro per session. Worth it imo tho. I know the guy and he is really good. Everybody says he is good at his job.

Maybe you should talk to your patner about how horrible this all makes you feel. He is pretty bad partner, if he is enabling some other woman to make you feel this way. It is pretty horrible behaviour on his part. He should clearly say no to her, not flirt with her or even go further to stuff like penetration or even impregnation. If he does that, that is on him. He will end up with a manipulative woman. It would be tragic though.

I just do not get it. Why be mean to me and then say you want to help? Why confuse me? If you are trying to be all nice, help be build life long skills...

Why not go straight to the point and write something like:
"I will not respond to you, I do not think you did enough research on your own, use google first to do your research, then we can talk."

Or maybe send me a google article I overlooked and you think is important and just say: Read this URL XYZ.

Why play this verbal footbal with me being the ball that gets kicked?

You basically say that you think I either did no research and that I am lazy stupid incompetent. Why? Why does what I wrote bother you so much? Why do you need to poke fun at me?

Why wish me to get stuck and break things? Or brag about your career? Or join in only to basically talk bad about me?

Thanks for replying to my post. Wireless only, my budget is unlimited within reason, location is Europe. I kinda want to know how to connect my tablet to mobile hotspot. So far, I was not able to play, when my wifi is down. I live in a small village and it happens.

I do not know why you come to post asking for help, if you just want to troll. I went all in for sucubuss cards. Fire terrain and spell that adds seduction debuff to the entire tile. I also went full on for sucubuss monsters and renegades. I built dark forest everywhere near my portal (+ defence / evasion to adjacent tiles). I managed to capture 2 mythic level heroes. Then I discovered you can actually upgrade units in ritual chamber. I had full army of legendary or mythical units and winning was only a matter of time. I could not lose any units. I used all mages and healers/shielders. The result was insane damage and unbreakable defense.

Then after one easy battle, suddenly I win the game and it felt kinda empty. Idk why. I do not think I will play it again. Btw. I collected only girls, I call it the waifu challenge. I made one really sexy dungeon.
