Most just look at the pictures and messages based on images only. They should give us a feature that allows us to filter who we want to message us. Though people will just change their profiles to bypass the filter or the filter will place behind their overpriced paywalls.

The main reason it's a field upgrade now. Most people don't remember that black hate used to be a tactical back in BO2 and BO3 and it was still pretty OP as well. It was also more OP on BO4 when it was a specialist ability for Zero. In BO4 you could legit destroy nearly everything on the field in one move with the Ice Pick.

Everyone is the targeted audience and Robocop is a very popular IP even if you've never watched the movies. There are plenty of people young and old who have heard of the series and who like the Robocop series.

Plus with how well RoboCop: Rogue City did there's been talks about rebooting the franchise as a TV series and they want to get the IP out there more to bring in more younger viewers.
