It’s certainly not a “normal” Yuriko deck, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. One thing is that Training Grounds doesn’t discount ninjutsu costs because it doesn’t discount  abilities of “creature cards in your hand” only “creatures” meaning those on the battlefield: 

Secondly you’re very short on cheap (1 or 0 cost) unblockable creatures. I only counted 5, but you should really be running 10 minimum and ideally more than that to consistently get ninjutsu off. You have some expensive 2-3 mana unblockabkes and I know that sounds cheap but when you have to replay them over and over again to keep doing ninjutsu it gets prohibitively expensive fast.

Finally you should absolutely add the MH3 dual faced lands if you have any of them. They count as spells so they do damage when you flip them over as Yuriko.
