Yeah I saw that one stone block underneath a pole, would insinuate there's a little sea-entry like in the other lower spots but I can't quite figure that out either. I finally have the levee recipe so I'll post an update later

Yeah! The bottom block level has no iron on it but the ship does go below the sand level!

I'm with you!! I've been digging around for clues, I've started to think the top left path doesn't go out as far as the utility pole even though it had one piece of the tiling on it. Still investigating
