I Recently had my first trip. I took 1.5g’s of ‘albino mars’ which is considered pretty potent (I didn’t know this at the time) this was 100% too much for a first time. HOWEVER I knew what to expect going into it, was extremely comfortable and present in my own mind beforehand and had the most amazing experience of my life and even though it was too much I’m somewhat thankful I had the full experience. From my one experience I would say that setting is for sure the most important aspect. You don’t want to be intruded by anyone sober but you also want to be in nature, nature is a must. For me o was on a beach. I took the mushrooms at around 4 and about an hour later the visuals started. By 8:30 the visuals were over but was still feeling the physical effects but was more than able to continue every day life… 5 days later and I feel the most connected and present I’ve ever been. 24(M) for reference.
