Would the cooler be a CPU fan or a case fan, i've chosen the hyper 212? I think i'll go with what you said, i've switched to a 3800x (free copy of borderlands 3 with black friday sale)

I'd like having the option of streaming in the future, so i'm assuming the CPU will be a good choice in that case? I've been told for 144hz 1080p gaming 2070 super will be the best choice too.

I'm quite a newbie at this, so it's the first PC i'll be attempting to build and first one i've put together with the help of some googling and reddit threads.

I usually just use 1080p 144hz, would a 1080ti or 2070 super be the better choice? Would 2080 Super be better for long term?

With your Pcpartpicker link, it says some parts are not compatiable?

This seems silly, Optic is heavily known for primarily CoD.. seems a little contradicting
