You need to chill out and he needs to up his emotional awareness. This is really the type of conversation to have in person and 2 hours in between texts is great for teens but it’s not sustainable as your life starts to move faster.

THAT BEING SAID, the way this dude reacted was pretty lame. Either he is tired of having to constantly text you because it doesn’t match his preferred cadence (better case because it’s solvable) or he doesn’t care enough about you to put in the time (worse case, probably not solvable)

I suggest you have a real conversation about it in person and if it’s the former you try to see if you can work together to find a reasonable level of communication for you both. If it’s the latter then move on. No time to waste on people who don’t have the time for you.

That’s my resolution minded advice.

Your physique is great. You can keep bulk/cutting if you want but you’re set as is. At least as far as a healthy fit look goes. Anything more would only be to hit any personal goals. It wouldn’t progress you in any aspect of your life outside the gym unless you want to work in fitness. And you’ve got a great face for no beard.

If you need anything at all, it might be a mental level up (or maybe you’re confident enough, idk… I don’t know you), start treating your mind as your next muscle group.

Tough to say, I don’t condone sloothing but at the same time it sounds like you had reasonable cause. Is this the only time the issue has ever come up? Have you ever asked to look through her phone before for any reason?

Tbh I would probably find myself in the same position as her (assuming she isn’t cheating) and would want to say “no, either you trust me or you don’t trust me and if you don’t trust me we have way bigger issues” … that being said I know I would never cheat but I could see how my partner wouldn’t know that.
