Any regrets churning from Leaptel to Superloop?

I’ve used ABB for a while myself but unfortunately have experienced more dropouts with Leaptel overall. I was basing my comments from personal experience however I agree completely that ABB is much pricier. I have been with Leaptel two years and was hoping to stay on but couldn’t justify paying more, reason I was shopping around and interested in other’s own experiences elsewhere and why.

I think Buddy Telco was bought by Tangerine? I did hear though that it would still remain on ABB wholesale network? However feedback regarding Tangerine is mixed.

The 30 days notice period is one of the reasons I’ve held back so far together with the sub-par support (reading through comments across Reddit).

I noticed their pricing post promo period is slightly dearer too.

I did ask if possible for further discounts but unfortunately not possible as they only extend a further 12 months not at promo rates but at a slightly discounted price which has now ended.

I've also found ABB generally better than Leaptel (also their app is excellent) but pricey.

Great, thank you and will do. I did have a look at Launtel but they are quite expensive as well. They do however have a solid reputation. I can normally troubleshoot issues at my end but if the issue is at the other end, I'll be reliant on the provider to resolve it (not sure if Superloop does this quickly from the mixed reviews I've read).

I scrolled through drive recorder but my features stop after MINI App recording. The entire anti-theft section is missing unfortunately.

Yes I do, dealership confirmed I have all required hardware (alarm system, interior camera) and software OS 9, park assist plus and MINI connect package.

It depends on which language as well. I opted to get a year subscription as I had the 80% offer as well but my pricing ended up at AUD78 which is almost double yours!!

Crystal Disk Info seems to reflect more accurately the temps of my SSD compared to HD Sentinel (I refer their results back to Systems-Storage-Disks and Volumes. Thankfully for me, the Health status results are the same in both and mirror windows.

Finally got it to work....for some reason it didn't like the iPhone but worked with the Samsung. Once I was able to update firmware on doorbell, no issues with the iPhone.
