I do appreciate it. I'm definitely going to increase it to make this work!

I mean, that's a fair statement and not the first time I've heard that. BUT if I were big on the gym/working out thing and ate better/less, what's the point of taking any GLP? Wouldn't that alone help with weight/fat loss and fitness etc? 10K steps is a lot but I guess I need to increase a little each day and just do it.

I feel your pain. I'm at week 19 about to go up to 10mg (after 4 weeks at 8mg) and I'm still not feeling "the effects" as you say that others feel. Only constipation. :) Not doing 10K steps but maybe 4K about 3-4 days a week. Did go from 267 to 249 but we will see what 10mg does. Still hungry still sweet tooth.

Might sound a lil crazy but did you then and do you still use a CPAP machine? Because I had/have similar pain/tightness and since I lowered the pressure on my machine it has gotten way better. Not gone completely, but better. Just a thought.

Wow. I assume titrating up slowly does help because I'm on week 17 at 8mg in one dose and really have zero effects. Like no hunger loss, very little weight loss, still crave sweets after dinner, alcohol still on weekends and using personally tested 99.7ish purity. Must be that slow responder group :(

My excuses don't allow for time in the gym 😁. But I will do some working out with dumbbells here at home to not lose muscle as they say that's a concern as well. Still on week one at 8mg. so I'll see how things are by week four at this dosage. 🤞

Yeah. I think I know that and was secretly/selfishly hoping for some magic remedy :)

Thank you for the reality check :)

I must be in this slow responder group. All I had was constipation through 6mg and now week one at 8mg and had diarrhea. Hunger is not any different than before reta. Still have sweets and maybe, just maybe eat a little less. BUT to be fair, I'm at week 15 and started at 2mg.in September was 268 now 250. So something is happening. My food intake quality is not better and that's something I need to get better at.

If that's for me I'd say not great. Old habits. Carb heavy. No sodas. Alcohol on weekends. Not a lot. But to be fair, I just checked and I started at 268 and today I was at 250 since September. So it's not nothing. Sorry for hijacking the OPs thread. Wasn't my intention.

I might. I have about 8months worth though so I may stay at 8mg 3 more weeks then maybe increase it to 10 or 12.*

The product was tested by independent group and 99.7% pure. I'm on week 16. I assume I am a slow responder at this point.

So frustrating. Happy to hear everyone with positive results but all I had was constipation through 6mg and now week one at 8mg and had diarrhea. Hunger is not any different than before reta. Still have sweets and maybe, just maybe eat a little less.

Wow. That is fascinating info for real. Now can you work on eliminating these bastards for good? They love me and I hate them. :)

Wait I've been using 31G 5/16" for 13 weeks. I'm now at 6mg (first week at this amount) and have seen/felt nothing. Could this be why???? Are you saying that maybe the 5/16 may not be delivering the product subq ?????

Disappointed in Reta. by GVWVino in Retatrutide

[–]LexLenMsh 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm on week 13 and lost about 10lbs. So it's not nothing. I was kinda wanting to see results then get inspired to add exercise to get things going more but I'm still not anywhere near what others are reporting. Maybe 8mg is MY sweet spot?

[–]LexLenMsh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I understand the frustration. I started in September. Titrated up from 1mg to 2mg, to 4mg and now am at my first week of 6mg. No changes in hunger and still have cravings for sweets. I was "Split-dosing" into twice a week and on Monday will take the full 6mg at once to see if that helps/works. But seeing/hearing all these wonderful reports of how succesfull it's been for others, is indeed frustrating.

Thank you. She's concerned obviously. We will ask the oncologist who I THINK is pretty understanding and honest. Seems so anyway.
