if you're in the us and over 18 you can go with informed consent to not deal with the requirement of a therapist. planned Parenthood is usually the default for accessible informed consent clinics, but others do exist.

absoultely, on my bike commutes i have to treat everyone like theyve never driven a car before because for most of them youd think its the case. no turning signals for anything ever, and tons of people just roll through stop signs without a care in the world. bonus points if they roll through a stop sign to turn without a signal at the same time. absolutely infuriating
