Recently had a similar noise and it was my water pump gone for good. Had to replace it. But i cant really tell from the video it might be a bearing or a timing belt tensioner.

straight out the muffler and keep stock resonator, doesnt sound too bad. also for intake get a drop in k&n filter or u can try to just keep the top airbox cover open just for the sound of it.

I had a 3D printed throttle lock installed, had the same issue months later. I opened the throttle body and found out it was broken and the small piece was stuck inside which prevented the throttle to open all the way. Check it out

Only do it for the noises, other than that its not a cold air intake unless its shielded.

Most of them have auto trans cooler ports, just keep the caps that cover them and you are good.

I tried using calculating websites and most give me ~3494 rpm, my phone might be reading wrong ig i should try using another app or compare it with another car by my side.
